A soft day in the life of a hospital pharmacy tech ✨

A hospital pharmacy isn't always fast paced and stressful. Some days are calm, steady, and honestly some of my favorite shifts. I start my morning by clocking in, saying good morning to my coworkers, grabbing a cup of coffee, and getting everything ready for the day. From preparing medications and making IVs to restocking Pyxis machines and delivering medications throughout the hospital, every task has a purpose. One minute I'm focused in the IV room, the next I'm walking the halls, catching up with nurses, or laughing with my team. It's the little moments that make the job so rewarding. At the end of the day, it's a reminder that even though patients may never see us, the work we do behind the scenes helps save lives every single day, and that's something I'll never take for granted.
